Number the pages of your PDF
Add page numbers inserts a clean number on every page. Choose one of six positions (top or bottom, left, centre or right), pick a format such as 1, Page 1, Page 1 of N or 1 / N, set the first number, the font size and the colour, then press Add page numbers.
Start where you need to
Documents often have a cover page or a table of contents that should not be counted. Use the From page and To page fields to number only part of the file, and set First number to continue from an earlier section, for example start at 5 for a second part of a report.
